Rare 1980s US Telephone Co brass rotary telephone Beauty!!!

I haven’t seen one exactly like this one! It’s an ornate brass with ivory color hand receiver ends. I was told it worked when I bought it but can’t verify that. The receiver and dial have some places that the gold has worn off. It measures about 6 1/2” by 7” by 6” tall. It is very heavy !!!!
