URayTech Single Channel Encoder, HDMI, UHD 2160p. Does not include original box or manual, but manual can be found at: manualslib.com/manual/1911065/Uraytech-Uraycoder.html. I used this single channel for about 2 weeks and decided to change to a 4 channel coder.
