Impressive Art Glass Amethyst Footed Council Bowl Murano ?

Impressive Art Glass Amethyst Council Bowl. Not sure who made this bowl, I''m leaning toward Murano but no sure, it is very heavy. The overall color is amethyst with what looks like applied clear crystal accents on the the side. It stands 7 1/2" tall, is 16 1/2" long and is 11 1/2" wide. The foot itself is 2 3/4" x 3 3/8" part of the foot is clear crystal as well. No chips or cracks!
