LEGO City: Forest Policy Station (set #4440) - released in 2012. Retired!

The set is 100% COMPLETE and includes all parts, all 5 minifigures, the bear (which sells for $15-$20 alone), all accessories/w and all 5 instruction books. The parts for the set and the minifigures are all in very good condition . The instruction books are in good condition for their age (complete, no major damage, 1 or 2 pages have come apart from staples). ALL original stickers are applied correctly and are still intact!

I counted every part to be able to guarantee it is 100% complete. Parts have been sorted by color and bagged for easy building. Shipped quickly!

Comes from an adult collector in a non-smoking home. No box
