Dept 56 Storybook Village Rudolph’s Red Nosed Lighthouse

Appears to be new never opened. Box has some kind of stains on it but the styrofoam seems as if it was never opened! I opened it today to make sure and it was packed from manufacture. When I buy from sales I always like to make sure it’s legit even if it’s sealed as anyone can tape it shut
